To Make a Report

You may use either of the following two methods to submit a report:

  Within the US and Canada:
  From an outside line dial 866-294-5534

After you complete your report you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.

The information you provide will be forwarded to FortisBC by EthicsPoint on a confidential and anonymous basis. FortisBC will exercise all reasonable efforts to maintain and protect your confidentiality to the extent permissible by law and feasible to permit a proper investigation. FortisBC will not take or allow any reprisal against an employee for reporting, in good faith, a suspected violation of ethical conduct. Finally, FortisBC will investigate your report in a reasonable and timely fashion.
